字體縮小4月21日，第二屆世界工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)在杭州良渚夢棲小鎮(zhèn)召開。大會(huì)以“設(shè)計(jì)·生態(tài)”為主題，首次向全球發(fā)布《設(shè)計(jì)扶貧宣言》，倡導(dǎo)以設(shè)計(jì)尊重并發(fā)揚(yáng)多元的人文生態(tài)，以設(shè)計(jì)的力量推動(dòng)健康的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)，以設(shè)計(jì)營造可持續(xù)發(fā)展的環(huán)境生態(tài)。
世界工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)是一場由中國工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)合30多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)組織、機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)以及院校發(fā)起的世界設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展會(huì)議，旨在全球范圍內(nèi)促進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新與經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)融合發(fā)展，促進(jìn)國家、地區(qū)間設(shè)計(jì)交流合作，以開放、合作為宗旨，以自愿平等共享共贏為原則的國際交流合作大平臺(tái)。
開幕式上，大會(huì)組委會(huì)與聯(lián)合國工業(yè)發(fā)展組織、中華人民共和國工業(yè)和信息化部、中國工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)、夢棲小鎮(zhèn)以及有關(guān)國家和地區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)組織和專業(yè)人士，首次共同發(fā)布《設(shè)計(jì)扶貧宣言》，倡議國際組織、各國政府、全球設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)，合作開展更大范圍、更深層次的設(shè)計(jì)扶貧工作。
《設(shè)計(jì)扶貧倡議》充分運(yùn)用和發(fā)揮獨(dú)創(chuàng)、道德、情感、美學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)力量，將消除一切形式的貧窮作為共同任務(wù)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境領(lǐng)域形成良性循環(huán)，有效提升產(chǎn)業(yè)活力和生命價(jià)值，促進(jìn)繁榮并保護(hù)地球，為實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國2030可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程目標(biāo)做出貢獻(xiàn)。

Design for Poverty Alleviation Initiative
我們，聯(lián)合國工業(yè)發(fā)展組織、中華人民共和國工業(yè)和信息化部、中國工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)會(huì)、以及有關(guān)國家和地區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)組織和專業(yè)人士，于2018年4月21日在中國夢棲小鎮(zhèn)召開第二屆世界工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)大會(huì)。大會(huì)一致認(rèn)為，貧困和匱乏是當(dāng)今世界面臨的最嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)之一。同時(shí)，世界面臨的不穩(wěn)定性、不確定性突出，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長動(dòng)能不足，貧富分化日益嚴(yán)重，重大傳染疾病、氣候變化、環(huán)境污染、人口膨脹和老齡化等威脅和壓力日益嚴(yán)峻，我們面臨許多共同挑戰(zhàn)。
We, United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, China Industrial Design Association, design industries and professionals of different countries and regions, are together holding the 2nd World Industrial Design Conference in Mengqi Town of Designers on April 21st, 2018. We recognize that poverty is one of the most serious challenges facing the world today. Meanwhile current global challenges, suchas uncertainty, instability, lack of driving forces in economic growth, economic inequality, major infectious diseases, climate change, pollution and ecological damage, population growth and aging societies, are becoming increasingly acute. We are confronted with many common challenges.
為此，大會(huì)倡議，國際組織、各國政府、全球設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)，合作開展更大范圍、更深層次的設(shè)計(jì)扶貧工作，充分運(yùn)用和發(fā)揮獨(dú)創(chuàng)、道德、情感、美學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)力量，將消除一切形式的貧窮作為共同任務(wù)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境領(lǐng)域形成良性循環(huán)，有效提升產(chǎn)業(yè)活力和生命價(jià)值，促進(jìn)繁榮并保護(hù)地球，為實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國2030可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程目標(biāo)做出貢獻(xiàn)。
In response, we propose that international organizations, national governments, and the global design communities should conduct design for poverty alleviation work at a larger scale and at a deeper level to integrate the power of design, creativity, morality, emotion and aesthetics to support poverty alleviation, to form virtuous cycles in economy, society, and environment, to effectively enhance industrial vitality and value of life, to promote prosperity, to protect the earth and to contribute achieving the global 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
一、以設(shè)計(jì)尊重并發(fā)揚(yáng)多元的人文生態(tài)。通過設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新，為教育、醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老、社區(qū)等領(lǐng)域提供解決方案，整合并引導(dǎo)資源解決社會(huì)公共問題，建設(shè)美麗鄉(xiāng)村，改善人的基本生活環(huán)境。
We are ready, with the power of design, to respect and inherit diverse humanity ecology. We propose that we should, through innovative design, seek to ensure the provision of fundamental public services, such as education, health care, elderly care and community, and to improve quality of life.
二、以設(shè)計(jì)的力量推動(dòng)健康的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)。通過設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新，尊重民族文化，提升傳統(tǒng)工藝，引導(dǎo)和培育區(qū)域特色產(chǎn)業(yè)，支持產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，精準(zhǔn)開展面向貧困地區(qū)、弱勢群體的設(shè)計(jì)扶貧項(xiàng)目，提升人的生活水平；
We are ready, with the power of design, to promote healthy industrial ecology. We propose that we should, through innovative design, respect national culture and polish up traditional crafts, guide and cultivate the development of regional characteristic industry, support industrious upgrading and transformation, conduct innovative design projects for poverty reduction, and improve people's standards.
三、以設(shè)計(jì)營造可持續(xù)發(fā)展的環(huán)境生態(tài)。通過設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新，促進(jìn)建設(shè)全綠色低碳循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展體系，發(fā)展生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)，尊重自然、順應(yīng)自然、保護(hù)自然，促進(jìn)人與自然和諧共生，營造可持續(xù)發(fā)展的自然環(huán)境。
We are ready, with the power of design, to create and build sustainable environment ecology. We propose that we should, through innovative design, promote a green and low-carbon circular economic system and ecological design.We aim to promote harmony between man and nature create a sustainable natural environment by respecting, protecting and conforming to nature.
