10月18-20日，2019世界工業(yè)設計大會在山東煙臺盛大開幕，全球40個國家共同發(fā)起成立首個世界設計產業(yè)組織，全球設計創(chuàng)新者達成共識，聯(lián)合發(fā)布《設計產業(yè)宣言》，以設計創(chuàng)新，構畫發(fā)展路線、繪制產業(yè)藍圖、服務社會民生、保護生態(tài)環(huán)境、創(chuàng)造美好生活！
過去100年，我們將偉大的創(chuàng)意和美好追求交給生產制造；
從今天開始，工廠和商場不再是我們的上帝；
從今天開始，工業(yè)設計直接定義價值創(chuàng)造產業(yè)，這是時代的前進和必然！
網(wǎng)絡革命開放配置生產資料和創(chuàng)新資源，工業(yè)設計成就創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)；消費主權回歸用戶，工業(yè)設計釋放價值本質；智能制造鏈接大規(guī)模定制，工業(yè)設計驅動產業(yè)戰(zhàn)略；經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展理念升級，工業(yè)設計閃耀智慧引領！

Design Industry Declaration
我們，各個國家和地區(qū)設計行業(yè)組織和社會各界代表，于2019年10月18日在中國煙臺召開第三屆世界工業(yè)設計大會。大會一致認為，全球經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展面臨的不確定性、不穩(wěn)定性加劇，新模式、新業(yè)態(tài)、新產業(yè)不斷孕育興起，新舊動能轉換和經(jīng)濟全球化需要注入新理念、激發(fā)新動力。
We, representing different coutries and regions, design industrial organizations and communities, will hold the 3rd World Industrial Design Conference on October 18, 2019 in Yantai, China. Anunanimous consensus has been achieved. Global economic and social development face uncertainty and instability. With the rise of new business mode, new format and new industry, New and old kinetic energy conversion and economic globalization require new ideas and motivation.
為此，大會倡議，國際組織、各國政府、全球設計行業(yè)及各產業(yè)領域聯(lián)合起來，全面推動設計產業(yè)成為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的強力引擎，充分運用和發(fā)揮設計創(chuàng)新的創(chuàng)造力、價值力和引領性，以設計創(chuàng)造產業(yè)發(fā)展價值、以設計培育產業(yè)新興活力、以設計驅動產業(yè)升級動能、以設計構建產業(yè)未來格局。共同發(fā)起成立世界設計產業(yè)組織，以激發(fā)產業(yè)活力和創(chuàng)造美好生活為目標，促進繁榮并保護地球，為實現(xiàn)高質量可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻力量！
In this respect, the conference advocates that international orgnizations, national governments, global design industries and various industrial fields shall unite to promote design industry as a powerful engine for economic and social development. Fully utilize and exert creativity, value, and leadership of design innovation, to increase industrial value, to cultivate industrial vitality, to spur industrial upgrading, and to shape future industrial structure. We pledge to build a global design industry organization, to revitalize the industry and create a better life, to promote prosperity and protect the earth. Together we will make our contributions to achieving a high-quality, sustainable development!
